Your CD-rom drive flew out? I think you need a computer techie. I'll let you know if I find a number. Or try the yellow pages. ^^;;
Special effects? You mean sparks? Do you smell anything? Like something's burnt? ^^;; Maybe it'll be safer to like, get away from the computer now??
Not those kind of special effects. Thank God. But it pretty much disconnected. No way to be reconnected. I'm hyperventilating.
...

Fucking hell. You... didn't realize how strong you actually are and murdered your CD Drive??? Fucking. Hell. Arck. Don't know how to help you with this. Argh.
I DIDN'T DO A GODDAMN THING TO MY PRECIOUS WHAT IT WASN'T MY FAULT AUGH WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!!!!!!!
First chill. Actually scratch that, since it would be pretty hard for you to do that. I'm totally inexperienced with fixing laptops (you know what happened to my own), but exactly what happened to it? Did the whole thing just, er, flew out? Wires and all that? Because if it's totally disconnected, I don't think that it can be fixed by a non-technician? When is your dad gonna be home? Perhaps he can help if he doesn't kill you?
Only one wire-thing broke. I think it can be reconnected but I don't know who to give it to for fixing.

My dad is going to be here...next week.
Emir said to bring it to school for him to see... though I don't know how much help that could be since none of us are technicians...

Crap. Are you going to tell him?
:D THANK THE LORD

I have to tell him. I'm still trying to summon up the courage when to tell him. Knowing my dad, I'll be banned from all electronic devices for the rest of my life.
O_O!! oh noo. that sounds bad....um....geek squad? i dont know X__X!!!
YOU'RE NOT HELPING THE SITUATION HERE I'M INNOCENT WHERE'S THE FAITH WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
o-kay... o.o

Well, since you said part of the drive broke you do need to get it fixed but most any computer/comp accessory store can probably tell you how to do that and if you're lucky tehy might be able to do it for you (at least, that's how it works back in India...). I don't think it's as big a catastrophe as it could have been... the drive is mostly intact, right? Not like reduced to a pile of microscopic dust...?

At worst you may need to get a new CD drive but you should be able to get it fixed as long as you DON'T TRY FIXING IT WITH SUPERGLUE!!!
